Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a skilled healthcare business development professional to manage relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities. You will educate partners on Enhabit services, support post-acute care transitions, and drive referrals to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or equivalent clinical background; at least two years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary relationship manager with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities, etc.).
• Educates referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to drive awareness and referrals.
• Supports post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintains dependable transportation and adheres to safety and regulatory standards.
