Job summary

Ennoble Care in Dekalb, GA is seeking a Full-time Hospice Community Liaison to promote our home-based hospice and related services in the community.

You will visit physicians, hospitals, and facilities, build referral networks, and help shape our outreach and marketing plan while supporting office staff.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities and SNFs to present credentials and obtain referrals.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan with priorities and timelines.
• Provide community outreach and education; support office updates as needed.

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time, preferred experienced Hospice Community Liaison for our Dekalb, Georgia region! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company Hospice and House Call services.

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Qualifications

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
