Job summary

Ennoble Care is actively seeking a Community Liaison to promote our home-based care services across the Washington DC/Prince George's County area. You will engage with medical partners and facilities to generate patient referrals and support a growing network of home health, hospice, and palliative care programs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in marketing, nursing or social work with strong communication and organizational skills, plus a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor's offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities and other sources of referrals to present credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's product line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Implement marketing plan within timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and plan regularly.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff with updates as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full‑time, experienced Community Liaison for our Washington DC/Prince George's County, Maryland area! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services, such as our Housecall services.

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor's offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Qualifications

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
