Job summary

Ennoble Care in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Full-time Community Liaison to promote hospice and housecall services, engage with doctors, hospitals, and facilities, and develop sales and marketing plans.

The role requires at least 3 years in marketing, nursing, or social work with health agencies, strong organization and communication, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to handle outreach and education. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
• Candidates must disclose any current or future need for employment-based immigration sponsorship before an offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctor's offices, hospitals, facilities to present agency credentials and obtain referrals.
• Analyze organization for strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's product line.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Implement marketing plan within timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and plan on a regular basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff with updates and other tasks.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time, experienced Community Liaison for our Philadelphia, PA region! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services, such as our Hospice and Housecall services.

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.


• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.

• Analyze patient/company relationships.


• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.

• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
