Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a Community Liaison Worker Level I (Grant Funded) at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in the Bronx. Qualifications

• Alternatively, completion of a 6-month training program plus 6 months of related experience.
• Preference for a high school diploma or equivalent approved by an education authority.

Responsibilities

• Perform liaison between City agencies, residents, and community organizations.
• Interview local residents, landlords, government personnel, and others to solicit program support.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of informational materials about programs and activities.
• Assist in training subordinate staff.
• Prepare written and oral reports and keep program records.
