Description

Local MD Urgent Care is seeking a proactive and personable Community Liaison to lead outreach and relationship-building efforts across our Illinois and Indiana locations. This individual will serve as the public-facing representative of Local MD, helping to increase brand awareness, develop community partnerships, and drive patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

· Represent Local MD at health fairs, school functions, senior centers, municipal events, and community forums

· Establish and nurture referral relationships with key stakeholders across both states

· Schedule and manage regular community engagement events and campaigns

· Collaborate with clinic leadership and marketing to support clinic growth goals

· Maintain a territory calendar and track performance metrics

· Provide weekly updates to the SVP of Growth

· Develop and manage relationships with local physicians and healthcare providers to educate and promote Local MD’s service offerings

Qualifications

· Proven ability to organize and execute community-facing events
