The Community Liaison will interact with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to ensure continuous delivery of care across the service area. Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of hospice professionals. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and payers
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for new or improved services
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of healthcare marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets
• Leverage extensive healthcare sales experience, especially in home care or hospice
• Market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
• Work independently and build lasting referral relationships
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
