Job summary

Bright Builders ABA invites applications for a Part-Time Community Liaison to grow community partnerships and strengthen referral relationships. You will engage with pediatricians, schools, healthcare professionals, and community organizations to expand awareness of our ABA services.

You'll represent Bright Builders ABA at events, educate partners on intake and services, and collaborate with leadership on growth strategies. Travel locally is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, ABA, education, outreach, marketing, or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools and educators, therapy providers, social workers and case managers, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Conduct outreach to increase awareness of company services.
• Represent the company at networking events, community events, and meetings.
• Educate prospective referral partners and families about the intake process and available services.
• Assist with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Track outreach activity and referral relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and community engagement opportunities.
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of the organization at all times.

About the Role

As a Community Liaison, you will serve as a key connection between our organization and the local community. This role focuses on relationship-building, outreach, and networking with referral sources, healthcare professionals, schools, and community organizations. You will have the opportunity to connect with individuals and organizations, build professional relationships, and contribute to meaningful growth in the healthcare or ABA field.
