Job summary

Better Healthcare in Denver, CO is seeking a Community Liaison to advance our mission by engaging with local healthcare providers and community organizations. You will promote our home health services, solve referral challenges, and build lasting partnerships to expand patient referrals.

The role requires daily commutes within the Denver Metro area, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. A valid driver's license is expected as travel is involved.

About the Role

As a Community Liaison, your role is pivotal in advancing our mission of delivering better healthcare. Through your adeptness in positioning yourself as a subject matter expert, solving challenges on hand, and building robust partnerships, you will be instrumental in driving more patient referrals to our services. Focused on community engagement, fostering local healthcare provider relationships, and promoting our specialized services, you will play a key part in expanding our reach and making a lasting impact in the communities we serve.
