Job summary

The Chickasaw Community Bank seeks a Community Lending Officer to develop and manage a balanced loan portfolio for consumers and small businesses. You will be a primary contact for borrowers, evaluate creditworthiness, structure loans, coordinate closing, and cross-sell bank products while maintaining sound credit quality and compliance.

Expect to build relationships, originate new business, and manage portfolios to meet production and community development goals in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze personal and business financial information and assess credit.
• Experience with consumer and small business lending concepts and processes.
• Knowledge of Banking laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for consumer and small business loan inquiries and referrals.
• Interview applicants, assess repayment capacity and creditworthiness.
• Coordinate loan process from application through closing, including due diligence.
• Maintain loan files and monitor portfolio performance and risk.
• Promote community development, cross-sell bank products, and meet goals.
