Job summary

Richwood Bank in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Consumer Lender to evaluate and recommend lending products, guiding customers from application through closing while upholding exceptional service standards.

You will build relationships with customers and referral partners, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and participate in loan processing, documentation, and post-closing duties to support a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or Business Administration or equivalent years of experience required.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospects new lending opportunities and recommends the best products based on the customers' individual needs.
• Cross sells other services and products that can create more efficiency and savings for our customers.
• Conducts Customer Outreach and Support.
• Maintains approval and Rejection Records.
• Processes Loan applications, gather financial data, establish payment plans, deliver details of loan proposal to prospective borrowers.
• Develops new business through contacts with realtors, builders, banking centers and other lines of business referrals.
• Ensures exceptional customer experience by overseeing loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and business partners.
