Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP in Florida is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for St. Andrews. This role focuses on tenant relations, leasing, and daily property operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an apartment community and leasing, plus demonstrated budgeting and financial analysis skills. HCCP or COS preferred, with strong organizational and customer-service abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis for properties.
• Knowledge of tax credit, public housing or affordable housing programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities for the community.
• Manage tenant relations and coordinate repair requests.
• Provide status reports on properties assigned.
• Interview prospective residents and show apartments.
• Determine needs and qualifications and explain occupancy terms.
• Complete leasing process and paperwork.
• Prepare vacancy reports and inspect premises periodically.
• Coordinate marketing and promotions.
