Job summary

TRG Management in West Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for St. Andrews to direct day-to-day property operations, oversee leasing processes, interview prospective residents, show apartments, handle tenant requests, and coordinate maintenance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of apartment management experience, is knowledgeable about budgets and occupancy terms, and may hold HCCP or COS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• HCCP or COS certification preferred.
• Experience with budgeting and financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
• Interview prospective residents and show apartments and property.
• Determine needs and qualifications and explain occupancy terms.
• Complete leasing process and agreements.
• Prepare vacancy reports and inspect premises periodically.
• Coordinate marketing and property promotions.
• Provide status reports on properties assigned.
