Bryten in Land O' Lakes, FL seeks a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants from inquiry to move-in.

You will process applications, renewals, and related paperwork, respond to questions promptly, and support marketing efforts to maintain occupancy. A high school diploma and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or related field experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging prospective residents, current residents, and guests.
• Conducting community tours and showcasing apartment homes and amenities.
• Assisting prospective residents from inquiry through move-in.
• Processing rental applications, lease renewals, and related documents accurately.
• Responding to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Supporting resident retention through exceptional service and engagement.
• Maintaining accurate resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinating with maintenance for appearance and standards.
• Assisting with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
