Job summary

You will coordinate move-ins/outs, collaborate with maintenance and management, and ensure excellent customer service. On-site work with some evenings/weekends required in a community-focused role.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential leasing and lease administration.
• Knowledge of property management practices for multi-family communities.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for applications and records.
