• Inspect property daily for cleanliness and touch up model units.
• Process rental applications and prepare lease documents.
• Maintain lease files and record daily traffic.
• Convert at least 30% of traffic to leases.
• Follow up with prospects within 24–48 hours via phone, text, email.
• Assist with community marketing and campus outreach weekly.
• Maintain leads and build relationships with student influencers.
• Schedule turnkey unit inspections and renewals.
