Job summary

Caliber Living in Statesboro, GA is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to support leasing, resident services, and on-site operations. You will tour prospects, process applications, and help manage marketing outreach to campus communities and local businesses.

You’ll work with the Community Manager and Leasing Team to ensure a positive resident experience. Daily tasks include ensuring the property looks inviting, responding to inquiries, and assisting with after-hours calls when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Attention to customer service and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with customer service items and leasing tasks.
• Tour prospective residents and close lease signings when appropriate.
• Maintain showroom and model units in clean condition.
• Process rental applications and schedule move-ins.
• Support community marketing and outreach on campus and with local businesses.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and Leasing Manager as directed.
• Record and respond to resident service requests promptly.
