Job summary

Hometown America is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Poway Royal Estates in Poway, CA. You will assist the community manager with financial management, rent collection and expense control while ensuring positive resident relations and an effective leasing process.

The role includes duties related to home sales, leasing and a range of administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining resident files.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or leasing experience.
• Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office products and web-based applications.
• Excellent organizational, customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while making customers feel welcome and enhance the company image.
