Job summary

Indigo Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, showcase our communities, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social platforms, conduct virtual tours, and coordinate events to create a sense of belonging for current and future residents.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of customer-facing experience, are strong communicators, and comfortable selling and solving problems across channels.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience helping customers.
• Natural communicator across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social).
• Strong persuasive skills with creativity to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression and help residents feel at home.
• Publish engaging social posts to attract new residents.
• Conduct virtual tours for time-strapped prospects.
• Host community events to enhance belonging and retention.
• Answer questions about community amenities (pool, nearby services).
• Brainstorm marketing ideas with the team for new campaigns.
