You'll help create a home-like feel, answer questions across phone, email, chat, and social platforms, and host events to build belonging.

Qualifications

• You are a natural communicator and can simplify complex information for relocating families.
• You can sell just about anything and develop creative solutions to problems.
• You are curious, driven, and ask root questions to follow up with more information.
• You believe the details matter and will do things right.
• You are flexible and eager to learn new things.
• You have at least two years' experience helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Create the first impression and make the community feel like home for future residents.
• Publish engaging Facebook posts to attract new residents.
• Conduct virtual tours for time-strapped prospects.
• Host community events to foster belonging and long-term residency.
• Respond to questions about community amenities (pool, services, nearby options).
• brainstorm marketing ideas with the team (e.g., TikTok days in the life).
