This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing; you’ll use Yardi, manage lease files, update social media, stay informed about local market trends, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
