Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate at West Village Poway. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and create an inviting living experience by combining sales, service, and marketing skills.

You’ll manage lease files, use Yardi software, and stay informed about local market trends to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Yardi for leasing processes.
• Update social media and assist with advertising.
