Fairfield is seeking a Community Leasing Associate in Bethesda to greet prospects, guide them through the leasing journey, and create exceptional living experiences. You will blend sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive.

As the face of Fairfield, you will manage lease files, use Yardi for leasing workflows, and stay informed about local market trends. A high school diploma and some sales or rental experience are expected; strong software and communication skills

Competenze

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Mansioni

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
