Responsibilities

• Provide clear information on homes, eligibility, and procedures.
• Conduct welcoming property and unit tours.
• Market available homes via listings, flyers, and social channels.
• Build relationships with community partners to connect people to housing.
• Process applications, prepare leases, and coordinate signings.
• Support lease-ups with property managers and track market trends.
• Maintain records in compliance with policies and HUD rules.
