Pearl Abyss America, Inc. is seeking a Community Specialist to engage players across PC and Console in North America. You will advocate for players, relay feedback to developers, and build trust within the community, both in-game and on official platforms.

Based in Manhattan Beach, CA, this full-time, on-site position offers $21–$25/hour, a chance to shape live service for upcoming titles, and opportunities to create memorable community events and streams with the Content Production team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the video game industry with community management or related fields.
• Experience in social media management across major platforms.
• Extensive MMORPG knowledge and live community interaction.
• Experience creating social content, calendars, assets, copywriting, analytics.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written communication with humor.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with players across official platforms.
• Deliver community feedback to developers for improvements.
• Create and execute engaging community events online and offline.
• Collaborate with Content Production for streams and video content.
• Brainstorm posts and produce social assets and copy.
• Manage content creator program, influencer support and giveaways.
• Respond to live game issues and post notices on platforms.
