TITLE Boxing Club is seeking a Lead Gen and Events Specialist to energize our local presence in Boston. You'll be on the club floor during classes, in the community, and turning conversations into memberships while building lasting relationships.

This role blends hunter instincts with community outreach: generate leads, develop partnerships, coordinate events, and support marketing operations. Evenings and weekends are core to our schedule, aligning with when members engage most.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outreach trackers and weekly progress summaries.
