Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and minimum 18 years old.
• Three to six months related food-service experience.
• Food Handler's Card required; Serve Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate meals for residents per manager's specifications.
• Complete daily prep, basic soups, sauces, and desserts from scratch.
• Follow all health regulations and proper handwashing procedures.
• Maintain correct temperatures and rotate stock according to health codes.
• Assist with catering duties as needed.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Inspect dishwasher chemicals and overall sanitation.
• Adhere to Hilltop's values and professional behavior.
