Job summary

Trinity Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Cook in Grand Junction, CO to prepare hot and cold items according to recipes and guidelines while upholding food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of cooking experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and holds a High School Diploma or GED. We offer premium benefits, a $250 Rookie's Fast Track bonus, and DailyPay access to earned wages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of relevant cooking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior cafeteria/large-volume kitchen experience is a plus.
• Experience with safety procedures in food service.

Responsibilities

• Refer to Daily Prep List at the start of each shift and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Safely use knives and other kitchen utensils.
• Operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, and related equipment.
• Follow standard portions, cooking methods, and recipes.
• Stock and rotate food items at line stations to ensure smooth service.
• Understand menu items and prep ingredients as needed.
• Multitask in a high-volume kitchen and adapt to changes.
• Stand for extended periods and handle physical demands.
