Job summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is hiring a Dietary Cook for a full-time early shift in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role runs 6am-12pm, Tuesday through Saturday, focusing on preparing meals per menu while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of hospital or long-term care cooking experience, and must obtain/maintain a ServSafe Certificate. PCC experience is a plus in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year cooking experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Certificate.
• PCC knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents in accordance with adopted menus and safe practices.
• Follow safety and health guidelines in meal preparation.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.
