Job summary

603 Legal Aid in Concord, NH seeks a Community Justice Worker Pilot Coordinator to support the CJW pilot implementation and daily operations. You will coordinate volunteer engagement, manage partnerships, and assist with data collection and evaluation.

You will work with the CJW Supervising Attorney and community partners to embed CJWs in trusted service organizations, expanding access to justice in rural communities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human services, public administration, legal studies, social work, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in program coordination, community engagement, or volunteer management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CJW pilot implementation, trainings, and meetings.
• Serve as liaison between CJWs, partner organizations, and 603LA staff.
• Develop CJW workflows, tools, and training materials.
• Support partner engagement and community feedback efforts.
• Recruit and onboard CJW volunteers; maintain ongoing support.
