Goodwill of the Heartland is hiring a Job Coach to support participants with barriers to independence in community job placements. You will train, supervise, and model work procedures, helping participants build goals and execute tasks across various sites.

The role requires direct client support, with travel between job sites and flexible evening/weekend hours. A starting wage of $16.78 per hour is offered, with competitive benefits after one year.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months in related field experience required (e.g., customer service, clerical, sales, etc.). AA degree can substitute for experience.
• Supervisory/training experience preferred.
