Position Overview

The Enrichment Center is seeking an Employment Specialist/Job Coach to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health Diagnoses. The role involves creating employment opportunities, providing on-the-job coaching, and establishing relationships with local employers.

Pay Range

This range is provided by The Enrichment Center - Affiliated Chapter of The ARC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — discuss with your recruiter for details.

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with Disabilities, Mental Health, and Diverse Backgrounds
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer aptitude
• Ability to work on multiple projects and collaboratively with team members
• Willingness to use a private vehicle and pass a criminal background check (vehicle use is compensated by mileage)
