Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license required.
• Active Texas Life & Health license required.
• Previous experience in an insurance agency setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients in the Spring area.
• Create customized insurance quotes that align with client risks and needs.
• Guide current clients through policy reviews to ensure confidence and protection.
• Process payments and assist with billing inquiries to keep accounts current.
• Document client interactions accurately within agency management systems.
• Participate in local community outreach events to build agency presence.
