Job summary

Frank Gonzalez - Farmers Insurance Agency in Corpus Christi is seeking an Insurance Producer to join our warm, community-focused team. You will meet local families and business owners to assess coverage needs and present personalized quotes.

The ideal candidate holds Texas Property & Casualty license (Life & Health license preferred), has 2+ years of experience in an insurance agency, and is comfortable with agency software.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.
• Valid Texas Life and Health license preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working in an insurance agency setting.
• Strong comfort level with computer systems and agency management software.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
• Previous experience with Farmers Insurance products is helpful but not required.
• Meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local families and business owners to evaluate their current insurance coverage and identify gaps.
• Prepare personalized quotes that align with the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Educate clients on how to protect their assets so they can feel confident in their coverage.
• Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and address any concerns they have about their policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions within our management system.
• Engage with the Corpus Christi community to help grow our local presence and support our neighbors.
