Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty license.
• Active Oklahoma Life & Health license.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing service role.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and digital tools simultaneously.
• Strong ability to explain complex policy details in plain, simple language.
• Ability to work in-person at our Durant office.
• Prior experience with Farmers Insurance systems is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local families and business owners to discuss their insurance needs and how we can best protect them.
• Prepare personalized quotes that align with the specific goals and life stages of our clients.
