Job summary

State Farm Agent Team Member in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused executive assistant to support daily client interactions and insurance operations. The role involves handling inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing with a needs-based approach.

You will work closely with the agent to educate customers on options, coordinate community events, and contribute to a growing practice.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for insurance inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process
• Support the agent in identifying and coordinating local community events in the market
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily
