The Atlantic District in West Chester, PA is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty licensed professional to guide clients through selecting insurance products and maintaining comprehensive protection. This role emphasizes client advisory skills, community engagement, and accurate record-keeping to ensure reliable service.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in insurance sales or high-volume advisory roles, familiarity with agency management systems, and a genuine interest in helping people

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
• Strong familiarity with standard agency management systems and policy administration platforms.
• Natural ability to listen and translate complex information into clear, actionable advice.
• Genuine interest in helping people navigate their coverage options during critical life moments.

Responsibilities

• Guide current and prospective clients through the selection of property and casualty insurance products that safeguard their livelihoods.
• Review existing policies to ensure coverage gaps are filled and that every client feels secure in their protection.
• Engage with our local community in West Chester to foster long-term partnerships and build a reputation for reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within our internal database to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with fellow agents to refine our sales processes and share insights that improve our collective success.
• Provide prompt, thoughtful responses to client inquiries, keeping their unique circumstances at the forefront of every conversation.
