ServiceSource is hiring a compassionate Community Integration Specialist for our Adult Day Support Programs in Northern Virginia. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; plus one year of experience with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Preferred: college courses in human services or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Ability to maintain PCP documentation and daily notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide active engagement and support for participants, including community integration, training, leisure, and personal care.
• Input and implement PCP outcomes, support activities, and protocols as written.
• Maintain accurate PCP records, quarterly reports, and daily notes.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment; report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Document and communicate with families, guardians, and coordinators as directed.
• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
