Keystone Human Services is seeking Casual (Per Diem) Community Participation Associates to support adults in achieving meaningful community participation and increased independence. The role focuses on developing supports, identifying employment opportunities, and coordinating transportation in Malvern and Norristown, PA.

The position offers flexible part-time hours, a competitive hourly rate of $21.50, and a benefits package with medical, 401K, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to complete required trainings (Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR).
• Valid Driver’s License with daily access to a vehicle.
• Criminal background checks and motor vehicle record checks required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop supports for individuals based on strengths, needs, and interests.
• Explore community participation options using person-centered tools.
• Complete discovery to identify desired employment conditions.
• Develop potential employment ideas and negotiate with employers.
• Teach and model natural supports to aid success; assist with transportation coordination.
