Responsibilities

• Lead volunteer recruitment and event planning for internal opportunities with nonprofit partners.
• Develop and implement annual volunteer calendar, communications, and outreach plans.
• Co-manage Community Champions, providing training guidance and communications.
• Process employee-driven event sponsorship requests.
• Administer incentive program for new hires and events.
• Assist in the design and execution of the annual giving campaign and global volunteer month campaign.
• Cultivate a culture of giving and volunteering within the organization.
