You will support scheduling external meetings, inventory community materials, and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners while promoting a culture of giving within the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead volunteer recruitment and event planning for internal volunteer opportunities with nonprofit partners.
• Develop and implement annual volunteer calendar, communications, and outreach plans.
• Co-manage Community Champions; provide training, program guidance, and communications.
• Process employee-driven event sponsorship requests and administer incentive programs.
• Assist in designing and executing the firm’s annual giving and global volunteer month campaigns.
• Collaborate with Accounting to process invoices and grants; maintain grants data.
