Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to help patients overcome speech and communication challenges in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team and use advanced therapy tools at our national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
