Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Community Support Professionals to join our team, providing person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will teach, coach, and support individuals to live meaningful lives and participate in their communities.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers competitive pay: $19 per hour, or $21 with a bachelor’s degree, plus benefits. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and support individuals with autism to opportunities for growth, meaningful life choices, and community participation.
• Serve as a role model to help individuals achieve everyday lives and exercise choice.
