Keystone Human Services is seeking Community Support Professionals in the United States to provide individualized, person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will teach, coach, and support individuals to pursue meaningful life choices and participate in their communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills are needed.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a private vehicle is required.
• Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and support individuals with autism for growth and meaningful life choices.
• Act as a role model to help individuals achieve everyday living goals.
• Assist with meeting new people, developing friendships and community participation.
