Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking Community Support Professionals to join our team, providing person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will teach, coach, and support individuals to live meaningful lives and participate in their communities.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers competitive pay: $19 per hour, or $21 with a bachelor’s degree, plus benefits. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Effective communication and proficient computer skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Use of personal vehicle to transport individuals within the community.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Community Support Professionals to join our team in providing individualized, person-directed support in the areas intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism. Our work focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and fully participate in everything society has to offer.

As a Community Support Professional, you will teach, coach, and support individuals with autism so they may have opportunities for growth, meaningful life choices, and become valued and contributing members of their communities. This person acts as an effective role model to support and assist individuals to have “everyday lives”: to meet new people, develop friendships, find and maintain employment, exercise choice, maintain activities of daily living and accomplish personal goals.
