Job summary

Coastal Community Foundation of South Carolina is seeking a Program Operations & Community Impact Coordinator/Assistant for the Southern Lowcountry. You will manage administrative details, scheduling, and grant workflows across Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton, and Jasper Counties, ensuring timely meetings and successful community initiatives.

The role emphasizes coordination, policy compliance, and stakeholder engagement with a commitment to equity and inclusive service.

Qualifications

Associate degree or at least two years of administrative, program, grants, or office experience required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Experience supporting deadline-driven programs, application processes, committees, grants, payments, or events is preferred.
Experience coordinating meetings or events and communicating with external participants is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Senior Director and staff; draft letters, memos, reports, and invoices.
Manage calendars, arrange travel and prep materials for meetings and site visits.
Maintain the administrative infrastructure for the Southern Lowcountry office and grant cycles.
Coordinate grantmaking, community engagement, and regional convenings; handle logistics and follow-through.
