Job summary

The Foster Alliance in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Program Manager to lead NM programs, manage staff, and strengthen community partnerships. You will oversee the NM office, coordinate program activities, and ensure timely delivery of services such as Basic Essentials, Birthday Dreams, and LSI with a focus on quality customer service.

Ideal candidates have nonprofit leadership experience and strong project management skills, plus proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• A college degree is required for this position.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a non-profit setting with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in managing complex projects simultaneously is necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and other general office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Program Coordinator – New Mexico ensuring guidance and resources are available.
• Maintain and develop TFA’s presence in New Mexico and with NM CYFD and Tribal Nations.
• Oversee Albuquerque office operations including programs, space management, inventory, volunteers, and client engagement.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries and drive the Ram ProMaster 3500 as needed.
• Support the Director of Programs with oversight and community engagement on a project basis.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver quality service and customer care.
