Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer lending preferred.
• Able to network with realtors and generate loan referrals.
• Strong analytical, numerical and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with loan applicants to discuss mortgage options and assist with the application process.
• Prequalify applicants by examining information and assessing credit-worthiness.
• Gather data for loan review and verify debts; estimate payments.
• Comply with federal and state mortgage regulations and disclosures.
• Prepare application documents for underwriting and closing; communicate with borrowers.
