Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation invites you to join the 2027 Summer Internship in Rosemont, IL. The 12-week program runs May through August with a $19/hour rate and 40-hour workweeks, offering exposure to community impact initiatives and corporate communications.

You will assist in planning and launching the Community Impact Report, collect testimonials, manage partner data, and support events and CSR reporting while gaining hands-on analytics experience.

Qualifications

• Requires current enrollment in a U.S. college or university with preference for juniors/seniors.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Concentrations in Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or related field with accounting course.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, creation and launch of Community Impact Report; collect testimonials from employees and community members.
• Maintain partner organization records including contact info and collateral needs.
• Assist with volunteerism/events; manage events and report generation; train others on volunteer platform.
