Job summary

Habitat Broward in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Community Success Manager to support homeowners after closing through coordinated services and community-building initiatives. The role covers HOA and neighborhood coordination, warranty communication, and long-term homeowner engagement, with a focus on building connections across neighborhoods.

The candidate should have LCAM credentials or related qualifications, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and experience in homeowner services or post-close

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and/or maintain LCAM credentials or similar HOA management qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in homeowner services, post-close support, community engagement, or related area.
• Experience coordinating across departments and responding to homeowner service needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of Habitat HOA communities and developments with governance support and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate HOA board training and serve as a board member to support.
• Serve as direct contact for HOA financial management partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate post-close operations, warranty, and punch list communications.
• Manage homeowner inquiries, service requests, and dashboard reporting.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, surveys, training, and neighborhood activities.
• Maintain annual occupancy and related database records.
